Regardless of which methodology you choose to use for your project, our team has experienced project managers who are familiar with that methodology and will be perfectly suited to run your project exactly the way you’ve planned.
We have previously delivered projects using the classical waterfall methodology. In some projects, we practiced lean methodology under a time & material contract basis. Some projects required us to work under the classical agile (scrum) model, with 2-week sprints. And we also had projects that heavily emphasized the Kanban approach in their feature prioritization.
And, of course, we also had projects where we combined different elements of these models in some proportions.
